Sometimes getting to the Heart and Soul Retreat is a journey in itself.

 

The commitment of time and going on retreat is a gift you give yourself. From the moment you set foot on the grounds of Mago your transformation begins.

 

We begin the Heart and Soul Retreat at 7:00 Pm on Sunday evening March 29th 2026.

 

From the very first gathering connections are made. Hearts begins to crack open. The body takes a deep breath and begins to relax.

 

Connection to the outside world is minimal if any. Cell phones are turned off. Computers are put away.

 

The switch is turned on and the dance of your soul and angels begin the restructuring of your body, mind and energy field. It doesn’t take long to feel the peace that resides within each one of us to begin to radiate from deep within.

 

The relaxation response begins to release hormones for optimal, healing, and optimal health.

 

Retreat is a time of letting go.

Retreat is a time of renewal.

Retreat is a time to silence the chatter of the outer world and mind so you can begin to hear the calling of your soul.

Retreat is a time to let go of the stress of always having something to do.

Retreat is a time to remember that what you have been searching for has been inside of you all along.
