Cancellation Policy


You may request a full refund within the first 30 days of the first class of Life Mastery  or The Way of Love – Consciously Creating. Life mastery and The Way of Love – Consciously Creating (WOLCC) are a year-long class. Mind Mastery and Conscious Creating we offer a full refund until the first day of the class. If you received your private session with Katye Anna, no refund will be given. With all coaching packages and long distant healing sessions, we offer a 30 day refund pro-rated at $150.00 per session given. While you may have purchased a package of sessions at a discounted rate, sessions cost 150.00 per session. After 30 days there are no refunds given on private sessions but you may use them at any time or transfer them to someone else. 

 

Gift certificates are NOT refundable but can be transferred to someone else and do not expire.

Retreats: If we cancel a retreat, a full refund will be given within 60 days unless you choose to put your money toward another retreat.  

IF YOU CANCEL THE RETREAT:

If you cancel more than 90 days before a retreat you will receive full refund minus 200.00. 

If you cancel 60 days prior to the start of the retreat, you receive:  100% credit of the cost of the retreat tuition toward another retreat within 12 months, and will forfeit the remainder.

Less than 30 days prior to the start of the retreat, you receive:  no refunds or credits will be given. All installments will need to be paid in full after 60 days before retreat, even if you won’t be able to make it.

RETREAT CANCELLATION POLICY

 

If you need to cancel your reservation 30 days before the scheduled retreat date, you will forfeit your deposit.

​

Cancellations made 30 - 59 days prior to the retreat date are subject to a cancellation fee in the amount of $200.00.

 

We regret that any cancellations within 30 days or less are subject to a cancellation fee in the amount of 100% of the retreat cost.

​

Fees are completely non-refundable and non-transferable.

Exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason.

 

We do not offer credit for arriving late or leaving early.

 

We are NOT responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any canceled retreat,

such as airline tickets, loss of work, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

There is no exception to cancellation policy including weather or personal emergencies, flight

cancellations or delays.

 

We recommend purchasing Travel Protection Insurance through a qualified agent.

​

If we must cancel a retreat, there will be 100% refund on all funds received to date. Thank you for understanding and respecting the cancellation policy.
